All honesty though, I think I have like 14 or 15 achievements (maybe a bit more), I can't be stuffed doing the rest because I haven't played Halo Wars in about a month. Last time I played it was because I was bored, sick of FPS (MW2 and Halo 3 dominated my Xbox's disc slot for as long as they've been out), and wanted to see whether I could make like a giant battle or some hugely giant explosion or something.

I would hazard a guess that yes it means the skulls also that decrease your final score then need to work also extra hard for a gold medal.So i do not understand the achievement and with no success.
